Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FameRoom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FameRoom is a live streaming mobile application that allows users to broadcast live video content. The App includes free features and optional paid subscription plans (FameRoom Pro) that unlock additional functionality.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FameRoom. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's consent.

4. User Accounts and Conduct

When using FameRoom, you agree to:

• Not broadcast or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or objectionable
• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Not use the App for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

FameRoom offers optional in-app subscriptions including:

• FameRoom Pro - Weekly: $6.99 per week
• FameRoom Pro - Yearly: $29.99 per year

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

To cancel a subscription, go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The FameRoom app, including its design, graphics, and content, is owned by Alexander Zyryaev and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of FameRoom is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Disclaimers

FameRoom is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FameRoom and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to FameRoom at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
