By downloading or using Eat Cleanly, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.
By accessing or using the Eat Cleanly application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eat Cleanly ("we," "us," or "our").
Eat Cleanly is a recipe discovery and meal planning application that provides users with high-protein and gut health-focused recipes, nutritional information, weekly meal planning tools, and related features. The App is available in both free and premium subscription tiers.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Eat Cleanly. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Eat Cleanly offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
We may offer a free trial period for premium features. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID.
The nutritional information provided in Eat Cleanly (including calorie counts, macronutrient breakdowns, and ingredient lists) is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that this information is complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific dietary needs.
Eat Cleanly is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have allergies, food intolerances, medical conditions, or are pregnant or nursing.
All content in the App, including recipes, photographs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Eat Cleanly or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data, saved recipes, meal plans, and preferences will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eat Cleanly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health issues arising from following recipes, or any damages related to your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
