Overview
Fillo ("the App") is a colour-by-number pixel art game. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
Information We Collect
Fillo is designed to work entirely offline and does not collect any personal information. Specifically:
- We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers.
- We do not collect location data.
- We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library (except when you choose to export a timelapse video to your device's photo library).
Data Stored on Your Device
The App saves your colouring progress locally on your device using the device's built-in storage (UserDefaults on iOS). This data includes:
- Which cells you have coloured in each artwork
- Time spent on each artwork
- Completion status of artworks
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
Timelapse Video Export
When you choose to export a timelapse of your colouring session, the video is generated entirely on your device and saved directly to your Camera Roll or shared via iOS Share Sheet. We do not receive or store this video.
Analytics and Advertising
Fillo does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking tools. We do not display ads.
In-App Purchases
If the App offers a Pro subscription, purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We receive only your App Store receipt — no payment information.
Children's Privacy
Fillo does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The App does not collect personal data from any users of any age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
