How do I save my progress?
Fillo saves your progress automatically every time you colour a cell. Just close the app and re-open it — you'll be right where you left off.
How do I fill a whole connected region at once?
Double-tap any cell to instantly flood-fill all connected cells of the same number. This is the fastest way to colour large areas.
How do I export a timelapse of my colouring?
After completing an artwork, tap "Create Timelapse" on the completion screen. Fillo will render your session as a 9:16 video ready to share on TikTok or Instagram.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Fillo → tap Cancel Subscription. Alternatively, go to App Store → your profile → Subscriptions.
My progress disappeared — what happened?
If you deleted and reinstalled the App, your progress may have been lost as it is stored locally on your device. We recommend using iCloud Backup to protect your device data.
The app is crashing — what should I do?
Try restarting your iPhone and reopening the app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the App. If it still crashes, please email us at sashaselavy@gmail.com with your device model and iOS version.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes! Fillo works entirely offline. All artwork data is built into the app — no internet connection required.
How do I zoom in on the pixel canvas?
Use the + and − zoom buttons at the top of the colouring screen, or pinch the canvas with two fingers. You can scroll around the canvas to reach different areas.
