Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Fillo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Content
All pixel artwork, graphics, designs, and other content within the App are owned by or licensed to Fillo's developer. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the App's artwork or content without written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
User-Generated Content
The timelapse videos you export from the App are generated from your colouring sessions. You own these exports and may share them freely, including on social media.
In-App Purchases
The App may offer a Pro subscription that unlocks additional content. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store Terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Free trial (if offered) converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
- No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
